4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security policies so your data is accessible only to you and, where applicable, your linked law firm.

Documents you upload are stored in encrypted object storage. Access is controlled via signed URLs and authenticated API calls.

No security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information, but we work continuously to maintain strong protections.

5. AI Processing

Our AI assistant is powered by third-party large language model providers (currently Anthropic and/or OpenAI). Content you submit to the chat may be processed by these providers to generate responses. We configure our usage of these services to limit data retention in accordance with the providers' enterprise data agreements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers who may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI language model processing
• Cloudflare — CDN and hosting infrastructure

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
