2. Description of Service

LegalLift.AI provides an AI-powered platform to help individuals and law firms organize case documents, prepare for court, track expenses, and communicate more effectively in family law matters.

LegalLift.AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or substitutes for consultation with a licensed attorney. Always consult a qualified attorney for advice specific to your legal situation.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at sign-up. Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Trial periods (where offered) convert automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. We will send a reminder email before the trial expires.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
